Workout - 2/6/12

My Female Fitness class completed our first step class. A 24 minute 6 station, 4 ring circuit.

No school tomorrow — definitely going to hit the gym for some cardio!

Workout - 2/5/12 BUTTS AND GUTS

1 minute for each side

  • Leg lifts w/ dumb bells
  • Side leg raises w/ dumb bells
  • 1 legged pelvis thrusts
  • Lunges with benches
  • Crunches with 3 pulse at top
  • Wall sits with Stability Ball
  • Opposite ankle/hand touches (K I L L E R)
  •  Plank with Stability Ball (D E A D)
  • Walking lunges with Medicine Ball

Repeat circuit 2x

I think from now on I’m going to post my workouts.. one day I’ll be able to look back and know it was for the best.
